Calvin Chin is a New York–based executive coach who partners with senior leaders to navigate complexity, lead with clarity, and drive meaningful organizational impact. His perspective is shaped by an immigrant upbringing grounded in discipline, resilience, and education—values that continue to inform his pragmatic and results-oriented coaching approach.
 

Calvin brings eighteen years of leadership experience in the for-profit sector, including roles in wealth management and corporate banking at premier institutions such as AllianceBernstein, J.P. Morgan, and Bank of America. Through these experiences, he developed deep insight into executive decision-making, stakeholder alignment, relationship management and growth strategies within highly competitive and regulated environments.
 

Calvin served as the founding director of Redeemer Presbyterian Church’s Entrepreneurship Initiative for more than seven years. He built and led a thriving ecosystem supporting entrepreneurs and helped lay the foundation for a global network of faith-based entrepreneurial communities. This work strengthened his ability to lead across both corporate and mission-driven settings, and deepened his expertise in organizational culture, innovation, and leadership development.
 

Calvin works with executives facing pivotal transitions—expanding leadership scope, navigating organizational change, and aligning performance with long-term purpose. Through current board and advisory roles, and civic engagement, he maintains an active pulse on emerging leadership challenges and industry trends. His clients value his ability to quickly understand complex environments, be curious, present and ask incisive questions in co-creating practical strategies that lead to sustained, measurable outcomes.
