Calvin Chin
Founder and Head Coach
Calvin Chin is a lifelong New Yorker shaped by the values of hard work, perseverance, and education—principles instilled through his immigrant upbringing and modest beginnings. His professional journey spans nearly two decades in the for-profit sector, with leadership roles in wealth management and corporate banking at premier institutions including AllianceBernstein, J.P. Morgan, and Bank of America.
Complementing this for-profit experience, Calvin transitioned into the not-for-profit world as the founding director of Redeemer Presbyterian Church’s Entrepreneurship Initiative. Over seven years, he built a dynamic ecosystem that nurtured entrepreneurs and laid the groundwork for the current global network of faith-based entrepreneurial communities. His ability to lead across both corporate and mission-driven environments reflects a deep understanding of organizational complexity, strategic growth, and the human side of leadership.
At the heart of Calvin’s work is a passion for helping individuals navigate their careers and lives with purpose and clarity. He has consistently been drawn to people’s stories—their aspirations, challenges, and untapped potential.
