CLIENT SUCCESS STORIES

Challenge, Peace or Opportunity

Career Crossroads

Ron, a CPO, was feeling stuck and unsure of what was his next career post. Through our sessions, we uncovered some key reasons why he felt that way.  He had to address and fix some internal and external obstacles.  We co-created a strategic plan to beef up some essential leadership skills before even identifying potential career posts. This brought greater focus on his top priorities and then a timeline. The client was able to actively seek out opportunities to work on public speaking and engaging with various stakeholders.

Leadership Presence

Harry, a CRO, faced the challenges of growing in his sales leadership role at a rapidly expanding start up in its hockey stick phase. In our engagement, we used the NBI Assessment Test to customize an action plan.  We worked together to develop his communication and presentation skills as well as the presence needed to sell to a more sophisticated client segment.  This allowed him to keep building his skills and the organization's capacity for growth. As a result, he continues to grow sales and reaching new milestones. He now approaches each challenge with curiosity and confidence.

Restructuring Scenario

Carl, an Executive Director,  turned to us during a pivotal moment—undertaking a necessary but difficult reorganization of a respected nonprofit serving youth. Our coaching sessions provided a strategic space for reflection, enabling him to evaluate the proposed changes, anticipate potential challenges, and identify where to best focus energy and resources. Through this process, he adapted to new leadership practices and responsibilities. Through that process, he led anew and was able to get out of his comfort zone to equip the existing staff with new tools and greater cohesion to drive the reimagined organization forward.

Work Life Balance

Suzanne, an Executive Director, wanted to navigate the challenges of work-life balance post-COVID. Facing staffing changes and funding shortfalls, she found her days extending into late nights and weekends. With a deep commitment to maintaining uninterrupted service for the organization's clients, She had taken on an increasing number of responsibilities—often at the expense of their own well-being. Recognizing that this pace was not sustainable, she worked with me to develop a practical plan that balanced her dedication to service with the need for long-term wellness and job satisfaction.  She took control of her boundaries and asked other stakeholders for help.
